**Sales Administrator**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to assist with sales administration, pursue existing client base and build relationships for our friendly, thriving client based in Brimsdown, Enfield. This is a great opportunity to work within an ambitious busy team to assist in driving the business forward. The role is a full-time permanent position with working hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 4pm on Fridays and our client offers an attractive salary of up to £25,000, plus 24 days holiday per annum, free parking and company pension scheme.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handling inbound/outbound sales enquiries.
- Management of contacts and enquiries on the CRM system
- Order inputting and incoming calls.
- To maximise growth of sales within the business.
- Follow up enquiries and leads for potential new business.
- Prepare quotations and follow up clients.
- Occasional participation on behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences in the UK/Europe.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Report to and assist the Sales Manager in the development of top 50 accounts.
- Office based.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Experienced in Sales Administration
- Account Manager/Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Professional and resilient with a positive outlook.
- Team player who goes the extra mile.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You will be required at times to fulfil other duties within other departments during periods of annual leave, sickness and key busy periods.
