An opportunity has arisen to join the Academic Registry as a full-time Administrator in the Undergraduate Applications (Student Journey) Team for a 7-month maternity cover.

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual, with a commitment to excellent customer service, to join us as a full-time Administrator in the Student Journey team. You will have experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment, and be committed to enhancing the Unit’s service to applicants, students, staff and external contacts. You will be able to demonstrate good numeracy and accuracy skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible approach, enabling you to provide a tailored service to all stakeholders.

The main function of the Registry Student Journey Team is to provide an agile, professional and coordinated service to support prospective and current students, parents, schools and other external bodies, as well as staff in Schools and other Units. This role will focus on supporting the co-ordinated Undergraduate Admissions process and the post-holder will liaise closely with colleagues in Admissions, the Global Office, and other professional service units.
