**Your Role**: As an Agency Teaching Assistant, you'll be the Robin to our teachers' Batman, the Watson to their Sherlock Your days will be as varied as the colours of the rainbow, including:

- Supporting classroom activities and creating an environment where every question leads to a new discovery.
- Assisting with lesson preparation, because every great adventure needs a plan.
- Guiding small groups or 1:1 sessions, helping every student find their own spark of brilliance.
- Being a positive role model, showing students that learning isn't just about textbooks, but about growing and laughing together.
