All of this work is supported by a team of dedicated volunteers, committed to keeping us flying to save lives. **Ideally we are looking for support from volunteers on Mondays - Thursdays and Saturdays.**

**Please note**:

- **This is a volunteering role, not paid work.**:

- **Ideally volunteers attend x1 slot lasting 3-4 hours on a weekly basis.**:

- Travel expenses to and from our Heswall store will be reimbursed in line with the charity's general expenses policy.
- Volunteers must be aged 16 or over.

**What you'll get up to**
- Work as part of a small volunteer/staff team
- Processing donations including stock sorting, sizing, steaming, tagging and hanging
- Customer service including operating the till and Gift Aid sign ups at the till

**What we can offer you**
- An induction to the charity and role-specific training
- The chance to meet new people and be part of a friendly team
- The opportunity to learn new skills or try something new
- To gain valuable retail experience under the supervision of an experienced retail manager
- Support when you need it from the volunteer team or your retail manager

**When and where can I volunteer?**

The role is based in our Heswall store on Telegraph Road (CH60 0AF). Ideally, volunteers attend for x1 slot lasting 3-4 hours on a weekly basis. We mainly need support on Mondays-Thursdays and Saturdays at the moment.

**Job Type**: Volunteer

**Salary**: Up to £5.00 per day

COVID-19 considerations:
Volunteers must attend a Covid Safe induction on site prior to commencing volunteering. Volunteers must wear a face covering unless exempt and adhere to social distancing in store.
