Comprising Wirral’s only Emergency Department, it is one of the biggest and busiest acute NHS trusts in the North West. Providing a comprehensive range of high-quality acute care services, serving a population of about 400,000 people across Wirral, Ellesmere Port, Neston, North Wales, and the wider North West footprint. Based in 4 locations Arrowe Park Hospital, Clatterbridge Hospital, and Wirral Women and Children's Hospital.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Planning and organising
- Organise oneself to be clearly visible to those who need assistance
- Facilitate volunteer support meetings and training events.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experinece
- Knowledge and understanding of EPR
- Knowledge of NHS mandatory online training
