Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, well presented individual interested in the aesthetic industry with reception or admin experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and offer correct advice/treatment information.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintaining a sterile environment for clients and visitors to the clinic
- Tending to arrivals, offering water to those in the waiting area and drinks to our hairdressers clients in her area
- Checking out all appointments correctly and providing aftercare bags
- Responding to all admin enquiries
- Maintaining an updated website
- Packing aftercare bags in preparation for the week
**Skills**:
- Strong typing skills and ability to perform accurate data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
