Customer Service Administrator

Permanent contract Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm

25 Days holiday + parking on site

My client is a well established company based in Ossett. They have a new position based within their friendly customer service team as an administrator. This busy team is responsible for taking inbound telephone calls from a variety of their customers (all businesses) and processing their orders on to the system as well as answer any questions regarding stock, delivery, pricing. it's a busy role so you'll enjoy working in this environment and having a friendly telephone manner is an absolute must

Training is given however customer service experience or some office based experience would be useful.
