Job description
Walkers Windows are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our thriving team based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
**Customer Service Assistant**
- Updating the company's admin system
- Completing courtesy calls to our valued customers following their installation
- Booking any remedial work required on recent installations
- Processing card payments over the phone
- Updating our admin system with order acknowledgements from our suppliers
- Answering the phone and resolving customer queries as well as providing excellent customer service
However, the successful applicant will possess the following qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Be efficient in time management and working to deadlines
- Possess excellent organisational skills

**Salary**: £18000-£21000 per year based upon Experience
Schedule: 8:30am To 5.00pm Monday to Friday
