**About Our Client**:
My client is a global leader in consumer goods within the food industry, who's goal is to provide quality products and services that meet their customers' requirements and expectations at all timesIn this role you will provide efficient and timely administrative support across the whole of supply chain including Customer Services, Inventory, Planning and Transport. This role will also directly assist the Supply Chain Manager.
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for:
- General administrative duties to support the team
- Daily reporting tasks on KPI's
- Raising production orders
- Maintaining booking in form for customer deliveries
- Creating export documents
- Chasing outstanding supplier deliveries
- Performing validation checks on orders processed
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Admin Assistant will have:
- Previous administration experience within a busy environment
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in order to ensure deadlines are met
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work using own initiative
