Consultant Negotiator

We are seeking Senior Recruitment Consultants / Staffing Professionals to be trained into Kahvay **Consultant Negotiators**. You will play a crucial role in coaching, consulting and training human capital clients in the **art and science of negotiation**.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales:
- Identify opportunities and develop a targeted prospect list of recruitment, staffing and human capital firms.
- Use various channels to initiate conversations with potential clients. Generate leads, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our negotiation services.
- Understand client pain points. Tailor our solutions to address their specific needs and drive their business success and competitive advantage.
- Manage sales pipelines effectively, tracking leads, opportunities and client interactions. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Coaching and Training:
- Provide one2one coaching to human capital professionals, helping them develop effective negotiation techniques tailored to their specific needs.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance negotiation skills.
- Utilise case studies and scenarios to facilitate practical learning experiences.
3. Consulting:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their negotiation challenges and goals.
- Offer strategic guidance on negotiation approaches, tactics, and best practices.
- Analyse client negotiation processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in negotiation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on negotiation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry; agency, RPO, MSP or SoW.
- Demonstrated sales excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Exceptional coaching and training abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
