RCOT are looking for a Head of Membership Engagement and Insight. You will work with the Director of Movement Building and Membership to provide data driven insights into their members' needs, membership trends and future membership possibilities.

The Movement Building and Membership Directorate is about providing fantastic membership experience, interactions, and services to RCOT members. They are focused on their members and member growth. Their teams are working to understand, support and activatetheir membership, to bring the profession together into a powerful movement for change across the UK. RCOT are aiming to inspire their members, build communities and support members to be as effective as possible, individually, and collectively.

**Description**

RCOT are looking for a Head of Membership Engagement and Insight. You will work with the Director of Movement Building and Membership to provide data driven insights into their members' needs, membership trends and future membership possibilities. The Headof Member Engagement and Insights is responsible for leading the teams that engage with members and the wider occupational therapy profession to interpret needs and opportunities and shape them into an offering which builds new membership and retains existingmembers.

Create and execute a data-informed member growth and retention strategy

Work with the Head of Communities and Connections Team to create and lead the strategy for member engagement opportunities

Develops strategic research and engagement opportunities to understand the membership, different audiences, and segments to inform their membership offer

Responsible for the design and continuous improvement of the membership model & fee structure, based on insights, to provide optimal member value

Lead and empower your team to deliver impact for their members and colleagues

**Profile**

You will be a strategic leader with proven and demonstrable leadership skills

Experience in increasing membership engagement within a membership organisation would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to NfP/ Charity environment. (Appropriate experience of occupational therapy would be an added advantage)

Confident and proficient in using digital technologies to work collaboratively and productively in a hybrid working model, championing, and promoting new ways of working

Able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from start to finish

The ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational plans

An enthusiasm to live and model the RCOT values across all areas of work
