TITAN Safety Footwear is a proud manufacturer of a diverse range of safety footwear. As a division of DOT Safety Footwear, we’ve been distributing millions of safety boots and shoes throughout 12 countries, via our extensive network of distributors for the past 15 years. Our range of safety footwear has been tried and tested in the most challenging conditions, including but not limited to mining, construction and agricultural industries.

We are a small but growing business looking to add to our vibrant team.

**Administrator Role**

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the sales team and production team at Titan Safety. You will be based in the office working with a close knit team

**Responsibilities**
- All administrative functions as required.
- Liaising with management, sales team and production team on a daily basis.
- Processing sales orders, raising invoices.
- Production and maintenance of customer specific documents.
- Mailing and filing correspondence, managing orders, answering telephone calls, dealing with visitors to reception, sort and distribute incoming mail, photocopy, scan, filing of appropriate documents, maintaining accurate records and entering data onto relevant systems.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping and manage waste effectively including correct disposal; using packing materials efficiently to reduce waste and costs.
- Effective and professional communication with customers at all times.

**Administrator Skills and Competencies**:

- Previous administrative experience in an office environment.
- Good communicator who is able to communicate at all levels. -Computer literate, with experience in the use of Microsoft office. -Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on own and be pro-active.
