Are you an Administrator looking for a new role?

Our Electrical Engineering client are hiring.

They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Operational team, which operates in the building service and maintenance space.

This is an incredibly varied role, as well as the below duties, we need someone who can grow with the role and adapt to take on further requirements as they arise.
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Credit Control
- Planning diaries and dealing with Electricians
- Taking calls and handling queries from Customers
- Running 50+ reports weekly for their Housing Contracts
- Outbound calls to book in jobs and speak with in-house Electricians
- Use Unit4 as a financial system and use a lot of their own Excel spreadsheets - _so you need to be savvy on Excel_

Accuracy and attention to detail is a MUST in this role, no two days are the same and has a mixture of phone and admin work.

A team of 6, with a number of Electricians sharing the same office (sense of humour is key) you need to be a team player, if a big job is called in - it’s all hands on deck

25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holiday, on-site parking, pension, 50 min lunch and BUPA Healthcare.

£21,000 salary.
