The Wellness Coach is responsible for all gym related wellness activities ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times and delivering a great experience for the members.

Part-time hours: 21 hours per week over 5 days plus Personal Training
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Ideally 1st Aid Qualified
- Knowledgeable of fitness procedures and fitness products
- Customer service driven
- A Team Player
- Welcoming, Professional, Friendly and FUN

Fully accountable for; New Member Inductions, Member Program reviews, Gym Floor Interaction through the company's Wellness Experience Concept, driving membership satisfaction and aiding membership retention.

Salary £10,000 plus Personal Training

Ensuring the gym & studios are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Health & Safety**
- To ensure we deliver a safe environment for our members and guests
- To ensure the day-to-day implementation of the Health & Safety Policy is carried out within the health & fitness departments
- Following and completing Cleaning and Maintenance Daily checks
- To have a thorough understanding of the Health & Safety Policy
- Compliance with UK active guidelines, delivered through the Wellness Manager
- Actively keeping up to date with regular training and fitness knowledge

**New Member Inductions**
- To ensure a personal wellness induction is delivered to every new member using the Pro Wellness system as per Company standards
- To provide a safe and personal exercise program, relevant to each member’s goals, medical, & lifestyle history
- To exceed members expectation with delivery and exceptional customer service

**Member Program Reviews**
- To offer regular feedback and reviews on active members exercise programs
- To ensure each member is provided personal feedback on results and development for all health & fitness goals
- Working in conjunction with the Wellness Experience concept

**Gym Floor Interaction**
- Responsible for all active gym users
- To ensure each member is welcomed on entry and acknowledged with an up-sell for next visit on exit
- Deliver Quality Gym Floor Interactions to all members using the Pro Wellness system, following guidelines and standards set by the Wellness Experience Concept
- Driving Member engagement and interaction to aid membership retention
- Ensure the gym is clean and well presented at all times
- Exceed Members Gym experience

**Operations**
- Ensures the gym is presented to the highest standards of safety and appearance
- Carries out regular kit checks
- Follows the Pro Wellness planner for day to day shift duties
- Works closely with the Wellness team to deliver a proactive product to engage with all members
- Attends weekly meeting with Wellness Manager/Senior Wellness Coach
- Perform equipment maintenance duties and log faults with Technogym Direct
