**Title: Food Production Operative / Production Operative**

Our client in Alderley Edge is seeking to expand their team to work on a new and exciting project. With an immediate start, we have just 1 vacancy within a small and friendly team:
**Main duties include**:

- Handling products in a clean environment
- Adding lids and labelling
- Similar production / packing experience would be helpful, together with a keen eye for detail, and ability to work at a good pace with small food products
- All aspects of deep cleaning

**Working schedule**:

- Working hours are** 6am-6pm, Mon, Wed, and Fri**.
- Working 3 days per week, it is 36 hours pay per week (**fully paid breaks**).
- Any additional hours will be paid at time and half after 40 hours.
- Once probation is completed, weekly hours will increase to 40 hours (3x 12 hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 1x 4 hour shift on Thursday or Sunday)

This is a clean working environment, and attention to hygiene and Health and Safety is crucial. Working within a sterile environment work-wear such as hairnets and overalls are provided. However, a change of clothes is required for each shift due to movements between High Care and Low Care areas.

Other packing and cleaning down of work areas will also be required

You must have a good work history, good communication skills, and be reliable and committed to the role. Own transport is also advantageous due to location.

This position is offered on a 12 week temp to perm basis with an increase in salary following a successful trial period.

**Pay Rate: £10.42ph pre 12 weeks**

**£10.90 After 12 Weeks**

**£11.50ph After level 1 assessment**

**£12.00ph After level 2 assessment
**Benefits & Requirements**:
