YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent / Sales Handler / Call Centre Operator that would be interested in working in the motor trade.

The Call Centre Agent / Sales Handler / Call Centre Operator will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls and handle sales leads converting into appointments for sales staff.

You will go through all in-bound enquiries and filter them through to the proactive sales team. You will also make outbound calls to a potential database to arrange appointments.

The hours for the Call Centre Agent / Sales Handler / Call Centre Operator role will be based on a 48 week. Shifts will be on a rota basis between Monday - Saturday 9.00 - 7.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 6.00.
