**Key Responsibilities**:
The Tour Operator will be responsible for:

- Leading and supervising tour guides and ensuring they deliver engaging and informative tours to guests.
- Managing the daily operations of tours, including coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Providing assistance and resolving any guest concerns or issues during tours, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Training and mentoring tour guides to ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality tours.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among staff members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for tour participants.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including its history, culture, and points of interest.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as tour schedules demand.
- Proficiency in relevant languages spoken by the target audience of tours, if applicable.
- First aid certification and knowledge of safety protocols is a plus.
