The post holder will work with an operational team within NCGPA supporting Primary Care Networks (PCN) to develop and deliver digital transformation. The post holder will help identify opportunities to make tangible positive transformation, and provide the inspiration, resource, and tools to deliver changes in a collaborative way. The role will support inter and intra PCN digital collaboration and will facilitate the sharing of good practice. The objective of the Digital Transformation Lead is to both represent city PCNs at a local and national interface and support PCNs to better understand the NHS Digital landscape and assist General Practice in defining, designing, shaping, and delivering its digital strategy by implementing transformational projects that ultimately improve patient clinical services.

**The post holder will ensure the digital infrastructure**:
a) Is underpinned by a quality improvement methodology
b) Is responsive to patient needs and digital capability whilst also considers the ICS digital strategy
c) Drives integrated working
d) Drives efficiency and reduces duplication
e) Is underpinned with easy-to-understand data packs to support decision-making that includes but is
not limited to demand, capacity, utilisation data, staff, and patient experience
f) Builds staff skills and capabilities
g) Takes into consideration the digital maturity of the PCN
h) Takes into consideration the population's health needs and health inequalities within our community
i) To improve digital accessibility for our patients
j) Innovates and supports a thriving general practice

Nottingham City General Practice Alliance is a GP federation that operates to support, connect, and represent General Practices in Nottingham city. We are the lead employer for Primary Care Network (PCN) staff, employing on behalf of our member PCNs.

Our mission is to help people find a job within primary care networks within Nottingham City.

We have an excellent track record in the recruitment, support, and development of staff in this new and emerging workforce.
