**Customer Relationship Advisor Apprentice**

We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Advisor as a level 2 Customer Service Apprentice, to work within the Customer Relationship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and administration skills.

These roles are available exclusively to Karbon Homes’ customers. One of our key aims is to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities and one of the ways in which we do this is by creating employment opportunities for customers, particularly in those communities where we have a high concentration of homes. In line with our vision to help customers lead successful, independent lives, it felt only right that these opportunities should be kept for the people we’re constantly striving to support, those living in our homes.

**About the role**

Our Customer Relationship Team is committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We provide advice and information on a variety of customer queries pertaining to social housing, including but not limited to rent balances and payments, booking and following up repairs, general tenancy queries, logging reports of antisocial behaviour and handling customer feedback in accordance with relevant Karbon policies and procedures.

We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused, delivering a quality customer experience.

Extensive training and ongoing support, coaching & development will be provided.

This apprenticeship is for 15 months, gaining on the job work experience alongside a recognised Customer Service Level 2 qualification.

**About you**

We are not looking for someone with lots of experience, however you will need a good telephone manner, great communication skills, good level of literacy and computer skills.

We will be looking a self-starter who is motivated to succeed both in the workplace and in passing the associated qualification, someone with a good level of customer service and the ability to set and maintain excellent levels of timekeeping and attendance.

This role will be predominately home based therefore experience of home working is desirable but not essential. You will need a quiet workspace and a sufficient internet connection within your home. We will provide all digital devices needed. You will be asked to attend the office for meetings, events and training,

**Entry Requirements**

You will have GCSEs grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics & English.

- Customer Relationship Advisor Apprentice - 15 month Apprenticeship
- Salary is £19,275 per annum.
- 37 hours per week with 6 hours per week given for studying which will be a blended approach, face to face and online.
- Principal place of work: Based at one of our offices across the region (Gosforth, Newburn or Stanley) with the flexibility for homeworking, providing there is a quiet workspace and a sufficient internet connection within your home. You will be asked to attend the office for induction, training, meetings, collaborative team activities and other occasions.
