**Location**: Brighton Head Office Preferred or Remote with travel to Brighton approx. once a fortnight
**Salary**: £24 000 per annum pro rata

The IT department is integral to the efficient and innovative style of working that Diversity and Ability is committed to. **What you’ll be doing**:
- User administration. Creating/archiving user accounts and assisting users with passwords
- Licence administration. Creating, revoking, and monitoring software licences for our staff
- System maintenance. Helping with backup procedures, ensuring updates are rolled out, monitoring for issues
- Staff device management. Help to roll out a new MDM system, then run that system
- Help desk. Responding to staff and contractor queries
- Documentation. Helping to write and standardise our policies and procedures
- You will provide valuable support to the IT team with any development projects
- You will develop a good working knowledge of services D&A offers
- You will positively represent the organisational ethos, promoting the social and celebratory model of disability and the values of Diversity and Ability in your work
**What we’re looking for**
**Essential Criteria**
