this is an opportunity to join a highly creative, rapidly expanding independent software company.
Please note due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will need to be happy working onsite 5 days per week in our Brighton office. This is an entry level role.

Travel is occasionally required by 1X2 Network employees when we collaborate with colleagues and network with other leading iGaming companies at industry events and festivals. We are proud of our international team and large global partnerships with leading clients.
The PositionnJoin our dynamic iGaming team as a Junior Systems Administrator in the Infrastructure team. With experience in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, networking, Microsoft Office 365, and more, you'll maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting internal users, troubleshooting and managing configurations. There are plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and proactive self-improvement within our collaborative team.
ResponsibilitiesnMaintain and support internal users in any day by day issue with their laptop/desktop machinesnMaintain, update and improve the entire internal IT Infrastructure in terms of configuration, licenses and firmware.nTroubleshoot any internal IT Infrastructure issuenCreate and maintain reports of the healthy status of our internal IT InfrastructurenManage SSO product in terms of users, groups and integrationsnMaintain internal Active directory, DNS, DHCPnMaintain our VPN infrastructurenKeep up to date our AV system in terms of licenses and patchesnManage Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud Exchange in terms of Users, licenses, configuration and productsnKeep the internal IT Infrastructure in line with ISO27001 standardsnKeep the internal IT Infrastructure documents always up to date with any change
Requirementsnknowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC osnbasic understanding of LAN and soho firewallingnknowledge of Microsoft Office 365nknowledge of Microsoft DC, AD, DHCP, DNS
