**What you’ll get to work on**:

- Providing HR systems support to back-office HR teams and end users.
- Maintaining the SuccessFactors HR organisational structure, including the creation and amendment of positions and alignment changes.
- Carrying out data cleansing activities across multiple systems
- Producing/creating ad-hoc HR related reports for all business areas using a range of reporting tools.
- Supporting HR systems and data projects
- Developing effective solutions to system related queries/issues.

**What are we looking for**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solution finding approach and resilience on tackling challenges
- In-depth understanding of core HR within SAP and SuccessFactors, experience of completing transactional tasks
- Expertise maintaining data and carrying out data integrity/cleansing processes
- Proven data reporting ability through producing/building reports and analysing data
- Excellent IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office suite and understanding of MS Excel formulas (e.g. VLOOKUPs)
- Organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively as a team and individually, staying focused and organised
- Understanding of best practices with data that will prevent our team / Cadent from having any data breaches.
