We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our HR team on a **temporary contract of 18 months** to cover for our colleague who has been seconded into a new role.

You will lead on all employee resourcing and recruitment initiatives and activities on behalf of HR, ensuring robust procedures are implemented and embedded across all teams. You will also provide first line HR advice, supporting with processes across a range of employee relations issues.
- Practical experience of managing recruitment processes from end-to-end.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent demonstrable experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy of data input and written work.
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively to meet a changing workload.
- Ability to build and maintain strong rapport and working relationships with colleagues and volunteers to provide excellent standards of internal customer service.
