ACS are proud to be partnering with a reputable home improvement retailer specialising in selling supplies trade quality DIY and home improvement products across the country.

Our client is looking for great customer service admin individuals to join their vibrant team.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who possess fantastic admin and customer service skills who is available immediately and enjoys administration service role.

**Duties**:

- To deliver accurate and helpful service to internal customers in line with current processes and procedures, which includes administrative duties and post sales resolutions.
- To effectively resolve and support our installation service through the resolution of queries and concerns via the customer’s preferred method of communication.
- To update central management systems with all relevant information from each contact point or task
- Respond at pace to all contacts and work queues to meet individual targets and departmental service level agreements.
- Demonstrate consistently our Ready 2 Help service journey to meet the requirements of the role.
- Liaise between internal customers, third party suppliers, our network of stores and distribution teams to successfully action any requests in support of the installation service or process required tasks.
- Minimise the delay in resolutions for any requests and work queues; seek assistance from internal and external stakeholders if necessary to achieve a speedier resolution.
- Prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure that close attention to detail is maintained to uphold accuracy of all payments, deductions, and work queues.
- Ensure that all installer compliance requirements are met, and our central system is maintained in line with process.
- Deal with payments and deductions accurately with close attention to detail always.
- To complete remedial requests, process payments, deductions and administer fines in line with set process.
- Resolve queries, concerns and requests from our internal teams and installers which can involve liaising outside of the department for assistance

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 17:30pm
