**Job Title Scheduling Assistant.**

**Job Overview**
The main duties of the Contracts Co-ordinator are to organise the daily scheduling requirements of our surveyors based across the country. The key function of this role is to provide meticulous planning to ensure smooth operations of our surveys. Working closely with our estimating teams to schedule works for projects across the UK to ensure deadlines are met and the appropriate skills are available at the right time. Organising correct paperwork and external services as required.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee the planning for all surveyors ensuring customer deadlines are met
- Use effective planning to create efficiencies
- Liaise with various internal teams to ensure the correct skills & materials are available for works
- Organise external services as required
- Organise permits as required & ensure all correct documentation is passed onto the Surveyors
- Liaise with customers, suppliers & contractors as required
- Prepare specific paperwork & RAMS to ensure all information is accurately recorded in accordance with company procedures and legislative requirements.
- To undertake any other ad hoc duties which are consistent with the post

**Person specification**
- Highly organised.
- A professional approach and a 'can do' attitude are vital
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of surveying will be beneficial but not essential
- Effective communicator both written and verbal.
- Ability to produce timely and high-quality reports
- Flexible and responsive to change.
- Self-motivated, confident and calm under pressure
- Good geographical knowledge of UK

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
