**Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm**

You will be working with one of the companies top clients as a Contract Administrator, you will be required to provide full administration support to the site. You will be pivotal in taking ownership for the daily paperwork and processes associated to thissite.

**Skills Required**:

- Organised
- Confident
- Due diligent/accurate
- Efficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good people skills and be able to manage engineers

**Job Duties**
- Working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment
- Use of CAFM system
- Coordinate, administrate and manage reactive and PPM works
- Provide support to the Contract Manager
- Auditing client reports to ensure they are compliant
- Liaise with Engineers and Sub-contractors
- Invoicing of works
- Raising quotes, as per costing sheet from Contract Manager
- Tracking of all reactive and additional works including costs
