In a typical day as a Sales Associate, you would
- Work closely with the pursuit team and account team to understand the scope of the global engagement and contract in order to provide requisite analysis/information and recommendations.
- Work closely with the transition manager to ensure the metrics are right; financial metrics, tax and accounting processes are developed and implemented globally
- Lead the end to end contracting process post signature including support to contract integration, change management, governance activities, upsells and renegotiations
- Lead deal teams and represent HPE to the customer for Outsourcing deals
- Be responsible for assembling all required resources/skills into develop proposal to pursue and win large international outsourcing deals
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor

If you are
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
- Holding a University or Bachelor’s degree
- Typically 9+ years directly experienced in outsourcing and/typically 12+ years in complex IT service business environment
- An expert of business, technical, functional, administration and operations knowledge
- A high level skilled professional on vertical industry knowledge and solutions expertise in multiple key industry IT domains
- Experienced in highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills
- Familiar with project management methodologies and leadership skills
- A business and customer-oriented team player, with the ability to form alliances across global boundaries
- Able to cope with very high peak workloads
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation
