We are looking to recruit a Trainee Payroll Administrator to join our team and assist with the day to day running of the busy payroll department. This is the perfect role for anyone wishing to grow and develop their skills within payroll.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the payroll team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Data entry
- Payroll processing
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with our clients.
- Franking and post duties
- Filing
- Producing payroll reports.
- GDPR compliance
- General office administration duties
**Requirements**:
- Previous office administrator roles desired, but not essential.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Enthusiasm to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working well within a team, but also able to work on their own initiative.
