**Would you like to be part of our team?** We have a great opportunity to join the Commercial Team at the heart of the Wilmslow Headquarters for Mass Spectrometry.
We are responsible for the distribution of Waters products direct to customer sites across the globe. You will be responsible for providing vital all-round administrative support as a part of the Commercial Team and wider site.
**Responsibilities**:
Providing vital all-round administrative support as a part of the Commercial Team and wider site
- Processing paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Instrument and spares shipment including all required paperwork and courier requirements.
- Coordination of on site teams and external suppliers to achieve delivery targets.
- Dealing with customer orders and queries ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Working with third party logistics to meet agreed deadlines for deliveries.
- Building strong working relationships inside and outside of Waters.
Qualifications:
**Experience**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Work with and alongside a small team but also happy to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient and highly organised.
- Strong attention to detail
**Competencies**:
- Must be capable of demonstrating PC literacy. Daily use of Excel spreadsheets
- High level of initiative and self-motivation along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible approach coupled with strong organisational skills.
