Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Officer/Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our contracting business. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.

As a key member of the contracting team, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, including record keeping, answering the phone, and dealing with general enquiries. You will also assist with on-boarding and compliance processes, such as sending and receiving client/candidate paperwork and documents.

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience, excellent customer service skills, and a good knowledge of computer systems. They must be able to work well under pressure and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
