Staff365 are recruiting for an Office Administrator on a 12 week temp - perm contract basis for our client located in Rotherham.

Immediate start available pending interview

**Salary**: £12 phr - Paid weekly

**Hours of work**: Monday - Thursday 08:30 -17:00 and Friday 08:30 -16:00

Responsibilities;
Answering the telephone, general reception duties and assisting in the daily running of the office.

Administration duties include extensive data inputting, filing.

Using internal CRM system

Skills/Experience required;
Good Communication skills.

A good telephone manner.

Computer literate and familiar with most Microsoft packages.

Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.

An excellent Eye for detail.

Experience with SAP system would be advantageous
