**Part of the Kee Safety Group of companies and with over 20 years in **design, manufacture and supply of height safety equipment, **Safety Engineering Products** have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team on a fulltime and permanent basis.

Located in Rotherham and working Monday to Friday you will be working in an environment that encourages independence and career progression based on commitment, ability and opportunity.

**ROLE PURPOSE**

To provide general office Administration which also includes supporting our Quality Assurance programs to ISO9001 & EN1090. You will be an integral part of the Team, working in different areas to ensure a smooth operation of the business.

JOB DUTIES
- Obtaining supplier quotes and ordering materials for stock and incoming customer orders.
- Generation of live computerized files.
- Documentation transfer to live files.
- Material traceability.
- Tracking of company performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, customer complaints, non-conformities, and making visible to all employees.
- Work with our head office quality team to implement key policies in line with our quality processes.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the QA team.
- Liaise with UK Suppliers on Quality matters.
- Other activities when required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ experience within an office environment.
- GCSE’s Level 5 and above in English & Math’s.
- Must be computer literate and have a practical working knowledge of ERP Systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel and able to demonstrate this.
- Experience within a commercial QA environment would be an advantage.
- Full UK Driving License.

**KEY COMPENTENCIES REQUIRED**
- Numerate & analytical skills.
- A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills.
- Planning and organisation skills.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets.
- Customer service orientated.
- Must be able to work as part of a team but will also be able to work on his or her own initiative when required.

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
