**I am working on behalf of an established domiciliary care company who are seeking a Registered Manager for their service based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The service works closely with the Warwickshire and Leicestershire local authorities**
**This company are one of the major providers for high quality homecare in the Midlands area. You would be joining a passionate team that will provide excellent levels of support whilst allowing lots of autonomy. There is also no on call and 33 days annualleave with this company**
**Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager**:

- Managing the day to day running of the branch and delivery of care
- Ensure the service is compliant with CQC regulations
- Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
- Work closely with the Senior management team in growing the service
- Liaising with various stakeholders
- Manage and lead the dedicated care team

**Registered Manager Requirements**:

- Previous domiciliary care experience
- Management experience in the care sector
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- Good communication skills and transparency
- Knowledge of the Hinkley and Warwickshire area - desirable
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
- Excellent personal skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
