**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**You will**:
Support the talent management team in the following activities:

- Talent-related elements of on-boarding for new joiners - collecting client CVs, on-boarding schedules, buddy assignments, etc.
- Work alongside the Operations, HR, Talent Management and L&D teams to ensure all systems (SAM (staffing tool), Workday, L&D, etc.) for new joiners are updated and accurate
- Tracking of unassigned staff/supporting short term staffing (STS) requests, with longer term goal of ownership of STS
- SAM maintenance and staffing related reporting, e.g., assist Talent Managers with preparation of materials for leadership team meetings
- Maintain capacity planning pyramids
- Time sheet vs SAM reporting/reconciliation
- Post-case follow-up requests e.g., skills and client CV updates, etc.
- Regular coordination with L&D on CT training schedule and conflicts
- Ensuring correct staffing-related information for Career Development topics is available SAM, regular coordination with Career Development team on upcoming CD deadlines
- Holiday tracking
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, data entry and projects

- Interpersonal skills: Strong collaborative attitude, team player orientation
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to recognize and maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 2+ years of HR experience in professional services, preferred
- Strong computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential
