**Join the QHSE Team based in Bristol as a Health and Safety Adviser and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation.**:
**What success will look like for you, as a Health and Safety Adviser.**:
**As a Health and Safety Adviser, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to, regularly reviewed, updated and communicated across the business. We'll rely on you to advise us on how we meet statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting. This will include supporting regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations, leading accident investigations, liaising with site responsible persons to ensure safety inspections are carried out. You'll also be responsible for fire drills and fire alarms being correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures being managed, as well as ensuring employees are aware of their responsibilities. Further important parts of your role will include coordinating the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures and ensuring full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained, as well as liaising with external health and safety consultants in the provision of training programmes and health and safety services.**:
**What would we like you to bring.**:
**We want you to be successful in your role, in order to achieve this, you will need to have Two or more years of relevant HS&E experience and a NEBOSH General Diploma or equivalent. You'll need to have advanced communication skills in order to provide managers with HS&E advice, and experience formulating, implementing and revising health and safety policies and procedures. Ideally, we would like you to have experience in COSHH, Working at height, Risk Assessments, ISO 45001 lead auditor trained and the ability to deliver training to employees, although these are not absolutely essential in order for you to excel in this role.***:
