My prestigious client based in Tewkesbury are seeking to recruit a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Administrator. You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively and provide support to customers andaccounts whilst being organised and carrying out administration duties. Offering a superb salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum plus fantastic benefits, such as 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and much more. Working Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm pleasesee further details below.
**THE ROLE:
- Confident telephone manner, answering inbound calls.
- Diary management.
- Liaising with customers on webchat.
- Uploading information to company CRM system.
- Provide the first point of call for customer care issues.
- Prepare sales quotations.
- To liaise with customers and other relevant parties over delays and issues.
- To provide additional support as required by the Business
**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience of working within the Healthcare industry.
- Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and prioritise appropriately
- Outstanding Customer Service experience.
- Must be Enthusiastic, Efficient and highly personable.
