My client is seeking a personable and energetic character to join their thriving Customer Service department to assist with their day-to-day duties.
The primary role will be to take all incoming calls in a very busy customer services department.This will involve taking customers’ queries, complaints and requests, obtaining answers form colleagues, resolving problems and fulfilling customers’ requests.The Customer Services department is in the ‘front line’ providing a service and the Customer Services Administrator is expected to use their initiative to satisfy the requirements of customers.
