**Salary: £40k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is a great opportunity for a**Sales & Lettings Negotiator** with previous experience in Estate Agency (Farnham, Surrey)

We are looking for a fabulous, multi-skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but experience in a single discipline and a desire to learn will also be considered.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales and / or Lettings.You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

**Skills: The skills required for thisSales & LettingsNegotiator role will include**:

- Experience in Residential Sales and / or Lettings
- Superb selling and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of the lettings and sales processes
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Farnham area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
