We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our Business Informatics (BI) team. The Business Informatics administrator will support the Head of Business Informatics and their staff to ensure that the department is able to work in an efficient and streamlined manner.

Previous experience in an administration role is desirable, though not essential, but you will have experience working collaboratively, working with Microsoft IT systems, and will be confidence in communicating with a range of people across and external to the organisation.

Please note that this is a part time role, advertised at three days per week, though flexibility in working hours and patterns is offered and fully supported.

Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.

The Business Informatics administrator will provide secretarial administrative support to the Head of Business Informatics and general administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. The role will involve maintaining and updating staff records, salary information, orders, stationary and invoices for financial, monitoring and auditing purposes.
