**POSITION**:Omni-Promotions & GWP Events Coordinator

**DIVISION**:CLINIQUE

**REPORTS TO**:Trade Marketing Manager

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager to support the implementation of all the seasonal Gift with Purchase programs while helping to support the relationship and requests from retail partners
- Support in all aspects of the timely and cost-effective creation, implementation and tracking of the Trade Marketing Gift with Purchase program across the year
- Coordinate the creation of the GWP program and communications to teams while ensuring all supporting elements are created and delivered to stores
- Be the key link for the Trade Marketing department and liaise with all stakeholders, including our global team on any GWP-related issues
- Assist the trade marketing team with High Traffic Moments programs and national promotions

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with the implementation of the Gift with Purchase program within budget for national and flagship stores
- Brief Creative & agencies on all promotion collateral, mailer and window production within Brand Guidelines, budget and retailer approval
- Coordinate the forecasting, creation and delivery of all global and locally created collateral/locally created GWPs
- Plan and implement all aspects of the GWP program and activity from developing strategic gift mixes through to the execution on counter ensuring a smooth running and successful promotional program.
- Coordinate GWP marketing support such as mailers, radio scripts & recordings
- Responsible for collateral code requests, events set ups to allocate collateral and gifts and working with our DC team to ensure timely delivery to store
- Issue and collate feedback from the teams and create PCAs
- Analytics: conduct competitors audits and benchmarking, trend tracking to identify risks and opportunities and shape retail marketing plans accordingly.
- Be the main point of contact for field enquiries regarding all Promotions and trade marketing requests, assist with ad-hoc requests
- Manage excess gifts to support new store openings and store events
- Maintain good working relationship with Suppliers and Retailers
- Raise FOCs and POs pertaining to Promotions, update budget when POs raised to track each budget

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education to degree level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to juggle different projects is key
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving momentum on projects and proactively planning ahead.
- Must have a passion and drive for the cosmetic industry
- Creative flare but also possesses good analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Confident individual that works well in a team and builds good relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable delivering presentations to a variety of internal and external audiences.
