Reed Further Education are supporting an international exam board in their search for an Examination Centre Manager.

As Centre Manager you will be responsible for the management of the centre and associated administrative functions on a day to day basis, including effective line management of centre staff and the provision of reports and other information as requestedby senior management. You will support the promotion of the examination centre, ensuring that all local marketing and promotional activities support the wider business development strategy.

You will play a crucial role in promoting a secure and safe exam environment, ensuring full compliance with The companies examination policies and procedures to maintain the security and integrity of our exams.

**Role Specifics**
- **Contract**:12 months fixed-term contract, full-time
- **Location**:Birmingham/Leicester
- **Salary**: £28,600 pa
- **The hours** for this role are 8:15am - 6:30pm, 40 hours/week, 5 over 7 days, Monday to Sunday as determined by rota.
- **The job is based** in Birmingham and will predominately be at this test point. The duty of the CM is to also cover the Leicester centre between 1-3 days/week by arranging with their team, but this may mean that periodically they may haveto travel there themselves. All travel and sustenance can be expensed when not at the 'home' centre (i.e. Birmingham). The CM manages a team of 9

- The ability to portray a professional image at all times both internally and externally
- Strong management experience and leadership to continuously support the team for training for professional development
- Multifaceted in communication, time management, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Act as a centre of excellence in customer service
- You must take real pride in your work and be willing to roll-your-sleeves-up-and-get-stuck-in
