Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Exams Officer to join our team. The Exams Officer will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of examinations within the organization.

**Duties**:

- Schedule and organize exams in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
- Coordinate exam invigilation and ensure a secure testing environment
- Communicate exam schedules, procedures, and regulations to students and staff
- Manage exam materials, including distribution, collection, and storage
- Oversee the grading process and ensure accurate recording of results
- Collaborate with academic staff to address any exam-related issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of exam data and student information

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience in exam administration or academic settings is advantageous.
