To be responsible for organising and planning a daily caseload to maximise service provision, this includes prioritising and sometimes delegating tasks and supervising this work, either directly or indirectly. To monitor and advise on the overall nutrition of patients within the delegated work area, and to be proactive in initiating appropriate action as required. To develop renal dietary resources and information in line with Trust guidelines and policies. The post holder will be required to review and treat inpatients throughout the clinical specialities with specific renal dietetic needs and outpatients under the direct care of the renal clinics.
