**Customer Service Advisor**

**Job Type**:Permanent

**Salary**:£20,000 - £21,000 DOE

**Hours**:8am - 5pm Monday - Friday + free parking

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work with a leading company who design, manufacture and supply products to both the B2C & B2B market.

This well-known company have been established over 35 years and pride themselves on their wide range of high quality and in demand products they have to offer and due to continuous success are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to jointheir high-spirited team in Poole.

This is a busy and varied position where your duties will include providing excellent customer service whilst promptly responding to enquiries; processing orders using various databases and ensuring databases are kept up to date with all communications andprogress.

This position would suit an individual who is a natural rapport builder, thrives on exceeding customer expectations and possesses excellent multitasking skills.

**Key responsibilities within this role will include**:

- Management of key customer accounts within the brands businesses
- Building strong relationships with new customers as well as existing ones
- Promptly answer customer enquiries regarding stock, order progress, pricing etc.
- Process and key in customer purchase orders into systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Advise customers on alternatives to out-of-stock products and resolve any first line technical queries
- Identifying opportunities to advise customers on any promotions or products specifically tailored to their business
- Communicating clearly with other departments to ensure customer orders and enquiries are fulfilled on time and to the customer’s complete satisfaction
- Daily completion of additional customer service and sales related tasks as set by the Office Manager
- General administration, electronic filing and ensuring databases are kept up to date with accurate information

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Previous experience within a Customer Service position
- Excellent relationship and rapport building skills
- Strong data input and administration skills
- A hands-on positive attitude to work
- Ability to multitask and work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Excel
