Complaints handler - Customer Service
Tuin sell and distribute a variety of log cabins and outside furniture across the UK. In this role you will be working closely with the sales and wider team to provide excellent customer service, an outstanding product knowledge and quickly finding solutions for our customers on the rare occasion we do not get it right. Not only will you be working with an amazing, vibrant team but there will be plenty of opportunity for you to work individually and develop your customer service skills.
In addition to being supported by a team of young professionals, the company also plans regular work socials allowing you to build a relationship with your colleagues outside of the office
Working for a smaller sized company means you’ll be offered a more varied workload and build a more personable relationship with the people you’re working with. You won’t just be a number in this company as the Director likes to get to know his staff individually, a perfect opportunity to join a ‘family feel’ business.
Your typical duties in this role will include:
- Meeting customers in person at our show site to discuss general enquiries
- Processing orders with customers and suppliers
- Answering any technical questions the customer might have - don’t worry, training will be provided but some base knowledge and interest in DIY is a must
- Provide product knowledge to potential customers
- Quoting customers and suppliers
- Build and maintain customer/supplier relationships
- To be the point of escalation for customer complaints
- Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
- Logging all complaints and finding a resolution to stop them happening again
- Daily management of the Complaints Mailbox
- Any other reasonable duties
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
