**Purpose of the Job**

In this role, you will work as part of the help desk team.

You main duties will be working in an office environment which offers free secure parking. You will be receiving calls from the NEC site teams to raise jobs / chase updates / contacting engineers/ chasing contractors for updates - Liaising with your line manager.
- Onsite free parking

This role will require a flexible approach and positive attitude. Including flexible shift patterns on an ‘Annualised Hours’. _**The usual hours for this is 5 days a week working 40-42 hours per week. You must be willing to work 1 in 3 weekends.**_

**Key Responsibilities**

a) You will be reliable and have excellent planning and organisational skills.

b) You will be able to work under pressure and challenging deadlines.

**2. Administration**

a) You will be able to ensure all tasks are documented in accordance with Managed Services procedures andpolicies, with a combination of paper forms and electronic software.

b) Computer Literacy is essential as you will be trained to input records into site specific programs.

**3. Compliance**

a) Ensure all works are undertaken according to Managed Services policies and procedures.

**4. Health & Safety**

b) Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.

**5. General**

a) Ensure a professional image of Managed Services is presented to clients and visitors; and ensure excellence in customer service is always delivered and promoted.

**6. Skills and Experience (Desirable)**

c) Excellent communication skills at all levels.

d) Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail.

e) Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
