Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Workflow Coordinator / Receptionist for a role based in the Chesterfield area.

We are looking for someone to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

**About The Job**

Working with a Facilities Management company, the role is to carry out general administrative duties relating to the Facilities Management contracts which include:

- General reception duties
- Approving labour records/timesheets
- Booking meetings/Travel organization etc.
- A Work Flow Co-ordinator will require an organized and calm attitude with excellent people skills to be able to deal with queries, visitors, and incoming calls.
- They will be responsible for supporting site alarm tests, weekly audits on-site and ensuring any defect is dealt with either by reporting upwards or raising a job with the Help desk or appropriate party to ensure a quick resolution.
We would be looking for someone who is a customer focussed with a strong personality.
- The successful applicant would also need some management skills and be able to work alone as well as with the customer.

**Experienced with one, or all,**
- Logging hours worked
- Raising invoices
- Helpdesk Administration
- Goods in/out & ordering as well as other general administrative tasks supporting the department

**Job Details**:

- Work Hours: 07:00-17:00 Mon to Fri
- permanent for the right person.
- IMMEDIATE start is available.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Competent in MS Office - Outlook/Word/Excel as well as other CAFM systems
- High level of accuracy with data entry & general work attitude/professionalism
- Strong communicator & organization skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Happy to learn from other teammates
