We are professional, agile and fast-paced and we are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

As an experienced sales negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth transactions and achieve sales targets.

Auckland Estates is an independent estate agency that has been operating in the Potters Bar and surrounding areas since 1983. We are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join our team and help us deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

As an experienced sales negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth transactions and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales negotiator in the residential property sector clients, and your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets to help them find their dream home.
- Conducting property viewings: You will be responsible for showing clients around properties and highlighting their features and benefits. You will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills to showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Negotiating offers: You will be responsible for negotiating offers between buyers and sellers and ensuring that the transaction progresses smoothly. You will need to have excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure the best possible deal for your clients.
- Providing excellent customer service: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. This will involve keeping them informed of progress, answering their queries, and providing them with timely and accurate information.
- Achieving sales targets: You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will need to be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in the local property market: You will need to have a deep understanding of the local property market in Potters Bar and the surrounding areas. You will need to keep up-to-date with developments, Trends, and changes in the market to provide clients with the best possible advice and guidance.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales negotiator in the residential property sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local property market in Potters Bar and the surrounding areas
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
