Key Responsibilities:

- Building strong client relationships: As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Understanding their unique needs, preferences, and budgets will be crucial in assisting them in finding their dream homes.
- Conducting captivating property viewings: You will play a pivotal role in showcasing properties by conducting viewings that highlight their best features and benefits. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will ensure clients experience the full potential of each property.
- Skilful negotiation: Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers is an essential part of the role. Your exceptional negotiation and communication skills will be key to securing the best possible deals for our clients while ensuring smooth transactions.
- Delivering outstanding customer service: Our commitment to excellence extends throughout the entire buying and selling process. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will involve keeping clients informed, addressing their queries, and providing accurate and timely information.
- Achieving ambitious sales targets: You will be a vital contributor to our company's success by achieving sales targets and driving results. Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales negotiator in the residential property sector
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Outstanding customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market in Potters Bar and the surrounding areas
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary package with a basic salary of upto £30,000 per year, plus the potential for unlimited monthly commissions based on your performance.
