HERO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our driving and logistics division, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing the best driving and logistics talent in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the driving and logistics industry.
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within driving and logistics
- Knowledge of the driving and logistics industry
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record in generating new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the driving and industrial fields or as an industrial BD sales consultant looking to move into recruitment.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics
- Business development and proven sales experience
- People Person who enjoy sales

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
